Working Out

I didn't see this anywhere, so I'm going to make a thread out of it.


So, how many of you workout? Do you have a specific routine that you go through? Do you take supplements?

As for me, I tend to work out about everyday (except weekends). This is how my schedule is so far:

Mon: Biceps, Abs
Tues: Chest, Triceps, Abs
Wed: Shoulders, Back, Abs
Thurs: Biceps, Abs
Fri: Chest, Triceps, Abs

Its a pretty straight-forward routine, but its actually quite nice. I'm up to about... 75 on the curl bar, or about 40s or 35s for dumbbells, and I can bench about 135. It ain't much, but I'm concentrating mainly on my biceps and triceps.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Oops, sorry, I forgot to mention that I get about 1-2 hours of badminton every day, plus 30 mins of cardio during the night.


In regards to my legs, I don't focus AS MUCH, but considering I do quite a bit of running and whatnot, it still helps. I don't think it makes me disproportional though. I see tons of people who don't focus on their legs: eg. a good friend of mine, a teacher, has been working out for 10 years now, and he is ripped. Oh boy, its tough finding him a shirt that won't explode once he puts it on. Anyway, he has very skinny legs, you know those chicken legs?

So personally, I don't believe it'll make you disproportional. It shouldn't - I doubt even using the military press would do that.....but maybe....
