There are literally thousands of visual novels in japan, from PC to PS2, from Tokimeki Memorial to True Love Story 3, the only difference about this one is that it's translated. I'm sure there's other "visual novels" in japan that are interesting too, just not translated into english.

Unless wiki is wrong, it's a japanese dating simulator.

Nope, it's a series for the PS and PS2. I played through part of True Love Story 3 even though I couldn't understand anything, before giving up. Really beautiful animation in this game. I wish they'd translate PS2 games like these but.. it just doesn't happen.

Since this thread is based on a translated japanese dating sim, I guess this is the best place to ask:

Does anyone (not here, but ANYWHERE) translate japanese visual novels or dating simulators? The ones by Kid look interesting, and there's a fair few which get quite a high score ranking on this famitsu-like website which reviews them critically, so I was just wondering.

It'd be great if there were some patches for PS2 games like this, or PC ones. I know there's a few PC ones but some of the PS2 games just won't see it into PCs.

Oh yes, Ever17. I downloaded that but I haven't bothered with it apart from the first 15 minutes. Some girl named You was taking this guy for a tour, while this other person was in some sort of multi-level building with a little girl telling jokes and another tour guide telling them about the building.

It was probably following the story of two people or something, I'm sure I'll get around to it since most games aren't translated of these kinds. I'd like to see White Breath Kizuna translated (the description of it sounds a lot like Kana Little Sister) but I haven't even seen a single PS2 visual novel translated so far. I doubt people will start.
