But--there's always one thing about ALL pizza sauce that I have discovered (and LC is too stubborn to listen to me)--is when it cooks, it loses some flavor--if it had spices added to begin with.
I'm not going to go into the details of how I make a pizza at home--since most of you follow the same pattern anyway. However, I will give you one recommendation:
Sprinkle Oregano on the TOP of the pizza before putting it in the oven. It tends to reinforce the spiciness (sp?) of the pizza itself.
