Where I live the apartments within a few years of Disneyland opening... so there were no AC units installed... :P
Then again, there is a rumor that someone is in the process of buying up the complexes on my street which would be bad news for me since I've lived there nearly 10 years now... so my next place will most definitely have AC...
But to answer the question at hand: a few fans placed in the apartment and the ceiling fan in the bedroom in high with all the windows and doors open...
