one of the coolest kitchen appliance is one that I'll not be affording for a long long time... simply known as the
PacoJet.
As a fan of cooking I like to have some of the more interesting appliances I can get my hands on. And this one is definitely an interesting one with a US$3,500 price tag on it.
Within my personal collection though? I really like my
iSi Foam Canister that allows for me to whip up/foam almost anything. Now I just need to get my hands on some liquid nitrogen for quick freezing and we're in business ^_~
Other than that, most of my stuff is pretty low-tech. My toolbox is my go-to place when I'm looking for something that can't be done via the different utensils within the kitchen.
