I've had a bunch of problems with Norton and overall I find it a crap anti-virus program. Some
free alternatives are better at detection and resource management. (For example, AVG Free)
Anyways, I would recomend
Thunderbird too. Turn off Norton's warnings and install it anyway. My brother uses it at work and he says it's neat.
Personally, I use fastmail.fm (sup Soluzar) and I've yet to receive spam~
Jam it back in, in the dark.
