Program that lets me Split my bandwidth?
My cousin just arrived with her laptop, and i was wondering if there was any program, that would let me assign certain internet speeds, since I'm always downloading something, and my cousin is always browsing sites like friendster (which kills my bandwidth)
So any program that lets me split the internet speed or what? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
