Anime Conventions 2006

Revival of a thread I made last year, but a bit late this time :P

(If there are any spelling or timings you notice are wrong, feel free to PM me and I’ll fix them)

Well, I was just wondering what cons everyone is planning to attend this year.

If everyone gave me a website of the convention you plan on going this year, and the convention name itself, where it's taking place at, and the dates, I could make a list in this thread, so if anyone wants to meet a forum member at a con, they could check this list to see who's going to the same convention as them.

Anyways, I'll only be attending one con this year, Anime North. I booked the hotel for all three days. I won't be there the last day though since I plan to use that day to have fun at the Ontario Place, but I'll be back for the closing ceremony. This year should be awesome though, more events and awesome guests!

lol, AN will probably render you completely poor. I think it was either CNAnime or Con no Baka that you're thinking of. CNAnime is coupled along with some other conventions going on at the same time, and Con no Baka is sometime near wintertime at the same hotel.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Ya, it's ok to post ones you've already been to, gives other people a chance to see Cons in their surrounding area that they might have missed.

I'll forgive you if you post up that picture .

I plan on getting a picture with Kotoko at AnimeNorth this year, I'll probably post that up too lol.

Also, are you going to the masquerade? It'll be the only time I'm cosplaying, before and after the masquerade on Saturday. My friend sorta made me all this stuff, and I really couldn't refuse him since he put so much time into it.

Anyways, I'll be in a group of soldiers. I'm the asian guy holding the M4, I also have glasses. Just yell out "GREYKIN!" or something and I'll turn around lol. I have no idea what you look like though, so I'll look like an idiot probably.

Ugh, so much work, making me lazy at home to update this. Sorry about that, not updating since.... forever. Updated now though..

Ah yes, a long needed update. I'm confirmed for only Saturday though, I'll be going to the Chinese Lantern Festival at the Ontario Place, so I can't exactly afford more than one day at CNAnime.
