2 things.
1) What type of DVDRs are you loading into the computer and what type of DVDRs can your computer read? Generally everything can read everything, but just need to check. If you're not sure what your DVD drive supports, use Nero's InfoTool. 2) Did you/whoever-made-the-disc close the session/disc? Cause that affects readability too to some extent. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
