My Italian classes have had the highest ratio of girls to guys than any of my other classes. My first semester of Italian, there were 16 girls and 3 guys. This semester, its 14 girls and 5 guys. And most of the girls in the classes are pretty hot, so, from my experience, this is one of your better bets. And, because of the relatively small class size with foreign language classes, you can get to know everyone easily.
