Wait I don't get at all the explanation of how she was discvoered.
So some teen got ill in the building, and went to the hospital. Then... what happened? I don't get this section at all "Authorities publicly appealed for the mother to come forward to help diagnose the young woman's condition. After receiving a tip, police picked up the 42-year-old woman - identified as Elisabeth - and her father on Saturday close to the hospital." Can someone rephrase it for me ?
