Sigh . . . I've been in a depressed state of mine before. Now my gf won't let me stay in that state. Depression is a vicious cycle . . . cliche but it's true. So break the cycle. Like so many other ppl in the thread, playing music is very nice and soothing on the mind. You can talk to ppl . . . unload your feelings on them. Taking a walk or bike ride usually works well . . . Anything where you have to put your focus on that one thing instead of your feelings . . .
Oh . . . and eriol . . . I get those feelings a lot now that I'm in university. But sometimes, you gotta convince yourself that you did the best that you could. When you get your test marks, accept them and look forward to the next test. Your past tests are already done . . . No need to dwell on them anymore. Just focus on the future. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
