The Japanese link I gave in the sources claims it's the stage 2 theme, but I looked it up, and you're mostly right. There's a Stage Edit switch, which makes it so stages 2-4 are either randomly determined or selectable by the player in any order. Either way, it makes numbering those stages pretty pointless, so I'll edit it to just "(Zenovia Airport)," thanks for the catch.
