From a literal point of view, since Noro hasn't composed anything, the track should be ineligible. Same thing that killed Sunnyside Cruise (which I still think is bloody fantastic, by the way).

Yes, but they can't be part of the same week, and if the first one places, the second one might have to be changed because of album ineligibility.

We had that poll about eligibility a while back... the fact that it's had two songs previously does not matter, especially since neither has placed.

You'd have a stronger case with the familiarity, but I'd say that, while it's certainly not obscure, it's not well known enough to be disqualified. Heck, we had that Eternal Arcadia track a few weeks back.
