Looking at it optimistically; isn't there the chance Camelot might get over their lovers tiff and make amends with Sega? Maybe Sega are keeping the title "Shining Force 4" aside for this eventuality. I can hope.
It's not just what we were left with at the end of Shining Force 3 either; Shining the Holy Ark had some loose ends too - some were brushed upon in SF3 in a "no we haven't forgotten about [..]" way.
