Well personally I'm really not too concerned about the radiation from mobile phones since the human body is bombared with far more radiation from the cosmos daily than from all of the cell phones in the world.
This technology does concern me though. We're not exposed to types/levels of energy that are required to cause resonance in most objects. I'd be really concerned about the long term impact because we simply haven't ever researched the impact such tecnology would have on organic matter.
