You can stream videos from your PC to your Wii with Pimp streamer. You should be familiar with this if you have a PSP.
You just run the pimpstreamer server and use the Wii's browser to access it. Simply type in your computer's IP and the port Pimpstreamer is using (normally 3333). http://www.pimpware.org/ You can also use this on the PS3, btw. Jam it back in, in the dark.
