6200s do come in a fanless flavor.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150125 Better than that is a little hard to come by without a fan. You could always get a 6600 / X1600 (or better) and purchase an aftermarket heatsink. Edit: 7600GS comes fanless and AGP, but is rare. Jam it back in, in the dark.

You'll definitely need some fans going in the case. I have a Geforce 4 that would heat things up quite nicely if it weren't for the case fans. Can't imagine how hot that powerhouse 6800 will get. :/
