It's very possible to change the processor. First thing you may want to find out is if the CPU is soldered to the motherboard, or if it is interchangable. You should also find out if your Celeron M is Socket 478 or 479 because, from what I've read, they come in both flavors.
I would search around on the net for your model of tablet to see if anyone else has tried this sort of thing. For all we know, that processor may be incompatible. If all else fails, contact the manufacturer to see if swapping the chip is feasible.
Also, it WILL void the warranty.
