I would seriously consider getting a bigger power supply on the fact you run 2 hard drives AND 2(!) DVD Drives.

Having a little extra wattage doesn't hurt anything. I might recommend something a little more powerful. The extra may be good in case you decide to add more hardware.

A little advice... don't cheap out on a power supply. The ~$20 power supply is the worst thing you can put in your system. They can cause you all sorts of grief because of cruddy power rails.

Antec, OCZ are very good PSUs.
