Computer Power Supply Question

I just bought, BFG Tech BFGR78256GSOC Geforce 7800GS 256MB GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X Video Card - Retail http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16814143046

Which Requires:
Quote:

A minimum 400W system power supply (with 12V current rating of 20A or more)

Now my computer currently has like a 380 watt power supply. I'm not sure how much power I need. I want to get:

Thermaltake TR2 W0070 ATX 430W Power Supply 115/230 V - Retail - http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817153023

But I'm not sure if it will be enough.

I'm running:

BFG 7800 GS AGP OC
2 Hard Drives
2 DVD-Rw Drives
4 Small Fans (May add more fans) - [urlhttp://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16835150007 [/url]

Do I need well above a 400 Watt Power Supply? Or is 430 enough? Thanks ahead for the help.

I would seriously consider getting a bigger power supply on the fact you run 2 hard drives AND 2(!) DVD Drives.

Having a little extra wattage doesn't hurt anything. I might recommend something a little more powerful. The extra may be good in case you decide to add more hardware.

A little advice... don't cheap out on a power supply. The ~$20 power supply is the worst thing you can put in your system. They can cause you all sorts of grief because of cruddy power rails.

Antec, OCZ are very good PSUs.
