Brushing your teeth a couple of times a day, or extra if you eat something particularly gunky, usually works a treat. My teeth are by no means perfect or the whitest of white, but I'm quite happy with them and people occasionally comment that they're rather white-ish, so I don't do too bad off the brushing method.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

My question exactly. I'm quite happy with normal white-ish teeth thanks. Why would I want to look like someone's painted the insite of my mouth with white emulsion? No thanks, I don't see the need to abide by superficial celebrity 'beauty' standards.
