Major Networking Issue

I have no idea, but starting a couple days ago, after my brother installed these megaupload toolbars (I'm not sure if this even caused it) my internet will still let me download torrents in uTorrent, but not browse the internet.

What happens is that my computer is hooked up wirelessly through the linksys WRT54G router. For some reason it also affects another computer that is hardwired through the modem as well. I've tried resetting my router (setting back to factory defaults) and obviously just unplugging the power and things like that.

I have no idea what to do. I'm almost about to go buy a new router. I'm not sure if has to do with certain ports, but my internet setup has been working fine for about a month or so (just got a new ISP).

Nope, I can't get anything. What will happen is my torrents will still run in uTorrent but I can't get any site, Google, myspace, gmail... anything.

I'll try the IP when I get home tonight. I really dont want to have to buy a new router... I've never had a problem like this before.

I've tried to set up a static IP through my router and internet settings, it seems to be working well. However, my port forwarding seems to not be.
