Computer Power Supply Question

I just bought, BFG Tech BFGR78256GSOC Geforce 7800GS 256MB GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X Video Card - Retail http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16814143046

Which Requires:
Quote:
A minimum 400W system power supply (with 12V current rating of 20A or more)

Now my computer currently has like a 380 watt power supply. I'm not sure how much power I need. I want to get:

Thermaltake TR2 W0070 ATX 430W Power Supply 115/230 V - Retail - http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817153023

But I'm not sure if it will be enough.

I'm running:

BFG 7800 GS AGP OC
2 Hard Drives
2 DVD-Rw Drives
4 Small Fans (May add more fans) - [urlhttp://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16835150007 [/url]

Do I need well above a 400 Watt Power Supply? Or is 430 enough? Thanks ahead for the help.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
