Remaking this is flawed. The original is so endlessly fucking badass that even attempting to come close to it must equate complete failure. Can you think of a better movie opening than the Kracken from the original? (If you say "yes", you are lying).
However, its written by Lawrence Kasdan - which means its either GREAT (Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Return Of The Jedi, Silverado) or COMPLETE CRAP (Dreamcatcher, Grand Canyon). Liam Neeson seems wrong as Zeus to me, but I like Liam so I'll run with it for now. Most amazing jew boots
