See if you can telnet to the port.
telnet IP port So in your case "telnet 207.6.52.231 2100" and that should give you a session. This wont allow you to do anything with it, but it means that the port is open and accepting connections. To make sure it isn't a firewall issue as well, I sugest to turn it all off just to test. Sometimes (actually a lot for me) you think you've got it right when you haven't. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
