It sounds like a Double Dragon Stage theme to me... but I don't know... maybe it's from Street Fighter 2.

I thought that it was taken from Double Dragon, but after looking out in youtube it looks that it isn't. Hmm I can't really tell you right now, but I'm confident that I have heard the main part of it (0:40-0:50) in another game. My intuition says that it's probably from an arcade game.

And of course that I wasn't talking seriously about getting it out of the list :P
