I'd go with GTA4, even though we know almost nothing about it. I just recently finished GTA: San Andreas, so I need another GTA fix.

As for other games not on the list, I'd go with Phoenix Wright 2 on the DS. This game is gonna be totally awesome.

Yep, it's been confirmed to be a port of Gyakuten Saiban 2. Check out thread to read more about it.
