I've used both gamequestdirect.com and gameexpress.com and have had no problems with either of them. They tell you on the webpage for whatever game you're looking for whether or not it's in stock, so you shouldn't have any problems regarding backordering and such. Also, I think they only sell new games, so if that's your concern don't worry about it.
As for their service, they send you the typical confirmation email and stuff like that, and both sites' shipping was pretty fast, using only the standard rates. I got the games I ordered from both sites in less than two weeks, which is the same amount of time it would take at a place like Amazon.
And speaking of Amazon, I recommend going there as well if they have what you want. I've never bought anything used from them, but they have a pretty large selection of games, so you may even find a brand new copy of an older game. They are also pretty cheap, and you can also get free shipping from them with orders over $25, which I always take advantage of.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
