White Strips

I've used them and think they work great. I've got whiter teeth now
But remember that it doesn't work for everybody. You have to buy and try and see if your mouth reacts with the chemicals inside the strips.

My suggestion is to brush your teeth with baking soda. Just straight baking soda. That will keep them white over time, and if you want to occasionally brush with a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, that will whiten them the fastest. Just don't swallow the peroxide.

When you say just baking soda, do you brush with regular toothpaste after brushing with baking soda? Does bakingsoda have the same function as toothpaste...?
