.NET Framework is extra program extensions made my Microsoft. There are some programs and games out there that do make use of that. You technically don't need it installed, but you might as well, anyways.
I would try and redo your updates again and see if that makes a difference. I work in a computer repair shop and see this sort of thing happen, especially with those two updates. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
