Unwanted album art embedded into mp3 file
I recently opened an mp3 file and it had a really random album art attached to it (American Pop or something; I've never even had an album like that on my computer o.0). I examined the mp3 file in Tag&Rename but it does not detect anything...but the album art is still there.
I tried unchecking "Hide protected operating system files", and sure enough the jpg files were in the same folder. I deleted them but the art remains, despite not existing in my folder. Is there any way to get rid of this annoying album art? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Thanks for the reply Rosie; if I'm completely comprehending what you're saying, then I already tried that.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Basically I mean that I played it in Windows Media Player (11)...and then that art turns up out of nowhere. Strange, huh?
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I've had URGE disabled this whole time, so I think that's what you mean by depriving WMP of its internet privileges. There isn't really a blatant options menu, so there's something I could be missing.
How ya doing, buddy? |
