lets talk about who u want the main playable character to be in this game...
...personally i want tommy vercetti back as the playable character cuz he was a typical bad guy with more attitude than the number of people he killed. There's nowhere I can't reach.

create a character would be not so gta like cuz gta is known for its "a guy trying to get his name up in the gangs of certain cities by any means neccessary" thing, so having a create a character would be kind of like a sequel to that godfather game.

the replay value will be just fine, people really have a hard time finishing the story of the game as it is, im sure rockstar will add tons of side missions in this one mybe with cutscenes as well so it still feels like you are in some kind of plot after the main one.
