Verify that your CPU isn't running hot. You *DID* put heatsync compound on the CPU before you applied the CPU fan, RIGHT?
Are you sure you don't have a Trojan or anything? If you haven't scanned twice, do it again. I've had instances where trojans can effect the usage of WINlogon.exe. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

A COM port is a serial port. (IE: USB) It might work, go into your device manager and disable your COM ports. (hold window key+pause/break will take you to System)
