Mouse of Pain ~
Kinda particular Help Desk thread, but I guess it still belongs here ...
I've started feeling pain in my typing fingers a few months ago. It's gotten worse by now and the full hand/wrist is starting to hurt as well. Did this happen to any of you ? Did you find a solution ? Do these weird ergonomic mouse thingies actually do any good ? Jam it back in, in the dark. |

I don't think it's Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (lol Kid Koala) Aard, since I don't have any "numbness and tingling". Reading about it makes me think I should definitely go see a doctor though.
I've started doing that RR. Well, in the last hour ... I started with having my forearm rest on the desk instead having just my hand on it, and it already helps with the wrist. Pain in typing fingers won't go away though. I think it may have to be with being too nervous and typing too hard ... Bah. And no I never played the piano xD There's nowhere I can't reach. |
