I train with weights approximately 3 times per week and I do cardio twice to three times per week depending on how busy my school schedule is.

Truth. We call guys who only train chest and arms 'Beachies' because they are training to look good at the beach. Leg training actually assists indirectly in building upper body strength because the large movements like squats and deadlifts indirectly stress the upper body as well.
I know so many girls who complain about stick legs.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
