Cyberduck's pretty much it when it comes to "free." I swear by Transmit, but it's for pay. I stole it for years, but finally bought it.

What, the command line one, or the one in Finder? The former is hard to use, the latter doesn't let you upload, for Chrissakes.

Agreed. I had to implement 1-conneciton restrictions on all accounts that connect with CyberDuck on the FTP I run because it's such a little bitch about that.
I still stick with my recommendation of pirating Transmit (and eventually paying for it). Panic rules. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
