take naps if you can. I find if I don't get my 7/8 hours then somehow i pull a hour or 2napper
Of course when you work it's not possible or a good idea - lol other than that I'm stumped. I think the dark circles start early for a lot of people like around 23 or so. And for fewer people a dark circle is larger than the other eye. This looks pretty ugly. Jam it back in, in the dark.
