Dude, I've liked many a romantic story. I dig the romance. I hate badly written, hackneyed, predictable, trite romance. Like the Notebook.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

So whoes to say who is gay based on a romantic movie.
Hey, retard, learn to read. No one outside of RABicle said he was gay, and RABicle said the movie made him gay, not the genre. Everyone said the movie sucked. There's a difference. Bad plot and predictability do not mean he's gay for liking it, it just means he likes simple, stupid scripts. If you're going to try and white knight, you should be sure you white knight over the right things. But good hustle.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

But more then that, LET ME ASK YOU THIS VERY VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION THAT WILL DETERMINE MANY MANY THINGS:

Did you like the movie, "Alone In the Dark"?

Just answer me that one simple question, and then we'll know exactly what kind of a person you are.

---

Also, regarding my own list:
Spoiler:
13. Rear Window (1954) - Never heard of it
17. The Usual Suspects (1995) - One of those famous movies I just never got around to seeing.
18. Cidade de Deus (2002) - never heard of it.
24. C'era una volta il West (1968) - Heard of it, just never saw it (Once upon a time in the west is the english title)
26. Memento (2000) - Wanted to see it, never did yet though.
28. Lawrence of Arabia (1962) - Meh
29. Sunset Blvd. (1950) - Never heard of it.
30. Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, Le (2001) - As Iwata said, Indie kids fapping over this drained any interest I might have had.
35. Vertigo (1958) - Never heard of it.
36. Taxi Driver (1976) - Know nothing of it.
I'm sorry... did you just "meh" Lawrence of Arabia? And you're chastising someone else for taste in movies?

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

But I know the movie is quite good... and besides I'm not the end all authority of good/bad movies... whoever quotes and responds to this sentence probably contends themselves to be, which would be my guess.

Double Post:

I don't. Really I guess its a crime or something but I know nothing about the movie except its with Robert De Niro, and he's a Taxi Driver.

Ahh well, Internets. Serious Business.
I've worked in the industry for 7 years, and I'm on the cusp of a degree in film/film history, so I know a little about it... but the ultimate source? Hardly. And of all the films on your list, you should really watch... well, all of them. Iwata may dismiss films because the little indie kids like them, but they can be some fantastic bits of filmmaking.

I was speaking idiomatically.
