I've heard that list is completely made-up, and I'm pretty sure it is. It came around shortly after the Nintendo press release about its fall/winter lineup, probably because someone wanted to make it more believable. The problem is it wasn't a part of Nintendo's press release, and there's no official source for it that I've seen.
To my knowledge the only 2 confirmed songs are Steriogram - Walkie Talkie Man and Deep Purple - Highway Star, because they were at E3. Besides, it lacks REM's "It's the End of the World as We Know It" which just HAS to be the last song on EBA. :P edit: "It's fake. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=111826 Chris Kohler (known as Kobun Heat at GAF), respectable Western/Japanese games journalist and close-close buddy with iNiS stated it as such. Put it one way, I'd trust him way more than this speculative list that has just come out of nowhere." So there you go. I actually would've liked Sweet Child O Mine, but the rest is "meh" anyway. I'm pretty happy it's fake. Most amazing jew boots
