If you didn't have something before, you DEFINITELY will now. I just pray that you didn't turn off Norton as well, because then you'd be doubly fucked.
As for what to do about it, I suggest that you run
CCleaner and
Ewido Anti-Malware in safe mode. You know how to get in there, right?
If not, just restart and mash F8 as the computer's booting up.
