I just go to Subways and order this:

Footlong Italian Herbs & Cheese Bread
BMT assembly of meats: Salami, Ham, Pepperoni
Provolone Cheese
Lettuce, Tomato, Olives, Onions.
Vinegar & Oil.
Totally worth the money...........

If I home make a sandwich, this is what I usually make:

On a oiled frying pan:
Toast 2 slices of bread (Any kind, the bread is a minor factor for taste here.)
Pour in easy-over egg mixture. Cook to a controlled pancake-like shape. (Small enough to fit the bread slices.)
Throw in 2 slices of 1.5" X 3" Spam. Redden both sides.

Starting from the bottom bread slice:
Place both pieces of spam to fit the bread shape.
Place egg slice ontop, drizzle ketchup to desired amount.
Toss on that top bread slice and eat.

What's it called? I don't know, Egg'n Spam sandwich? I usually call it a egg'n ham sandwich.

And Takahashi, I didn't know they still had D'angelo shops around. I miss that place. THEY MAKE THE ABSOLUTE BEST SANDWICHES!
