well, met their 5 year quota. Statistically... it should be safer to take the plane without worrying about it being a target now. And security is hiked up all over the world with air travel. Guess they have to resort to train bombings again.

Very happy nothing happen. But I'm hoping this doesn't limit what we can carry on to a plane even more. Like, now they might not let us bring any electronic devices or drinks onto a plane. Great, 18 hours of actual nothing.
Security is important, but there is other ways of insuring safety other than removing the ability all together. Better security at the customs and scan gates. But they haven't announced anything yet, so I'm just pre-emptively ranting. There's nowhere I can't reach.
