Since you wrote that you installed a new hard drive I would advise you to reseat the video card in its slot.
I believe that you can change the letter of your new drive from the start menu by using Administrative Tools -> Computer Management or just run "compmgmt.msc" If you right click on the drive in Storage -> Disk Management you can alter its drive letter. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
