What I'm really looking forward to with this device is the fact that we'll be able to put ourselves in the game, which is pretty awesome, in it's own right.

Apart from that, I suspect this might look a little odd at first. Especially as 70% of people will be running about with cocks for faces. I can see it getting more use for online rpgs. Oblivion has some mean customisation options but actual faces is always gonna be better.
