In general, Epson and Canon offer great scanners. But what sets scanners apart is their ability to properly descreen printed images.
I have one of the more expensive Epson scanners, but I've found that the descreen on the cheapest Canon actually resulted in cleaner images. But since artbooks generally have higher DPI, you might want to go with an Epson, which ensures accurate scans. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
