Sony's conference was the disappointment I expected it to be. Weak Sony. Really weak.
No surprises. Lots of gadgety stuff like downloadable movies. VERY few interesting games. And those can not possibly hold so much as a candle to the GARGANTUAN HYPE MACHINE of MS, cannot possibly make people BUY a PS3 for, or care for them more than for the hype MONSTERS Halo and Gears (think of them what you want, it's really the HYPE that counts...). The PSP stuff was nice and all, LBP sure will be great, Resistance 2 also, God of War III as well, but those still aren't the iconic killer apps. And where the fuck was Killzone? Where was Team ICO? Sorry Sony. If THIS is what you have in store for the "year of the PS3", I really don't want to know what happens when it's over. Jam it back in, in the dark.
