Backwards compatibility updates are issued twice a year, I believe. There's no way to ascertain which titles will be added to the backwards compatibility list, so, really, it's just wait and see.

I really hope both Otogi titles and GunValkyrie make it on there, since they still aren't backwards compatible. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I wasn't implying it was definite that it would be a weekly-type update, just similar to the current system already present for XBLA releases.
Also, I didn't realize that current backwards compatible titles would be the only applicable games to be released through Xbox Originals. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
