Even though I hate to say it I think that M$ really impressed me, not with the obviously stolen gimmicks (avatars, cam happenings, SINGAN GEAMS) maybe because they impressed me so much that my expectations for either for Nintendo and Sony to rebound and that sadly did not happen.
Microsoft showed the most games, gameplay, and other content which kept me more or less interested (not mentioning a particular game that we have been debating in this thread about). Not much time was spent on showing through charts and graphs how much they have been owning the competition (Nintendo) or showing a lot of content spread across several formats that was just lackluster in general (Sony).
I'm glad there was no motion sensoring controller or any other gimmick, though the console is nearing its 3rd birthday coming up and I think the LIVE revamp is pretty good and the though of having a movie night with a few nigs over live isn't that bad of an idea.
The only problem I had really was the networks and studios annoucements, I guess because that doesn't apply to me because I have cable TV with a DVR (and/or can torrent whatever so I can take up the HDD space on my computer, not my bawks which has limited space as it is). Then there is the announcement of our favorite game that everyone wont shut the fuck up about which makes the said people sound kinda like this guy
Though I am thankful that Nintendo and Sony were unsatisfactory to the masses so this hate was lightened but thats about it.
Hopefully some good announcements get advertised during the week on any and all platforms (everyday counts, hell, remember when brawl got announced on the LAST DAY of E3 06??)
There's nowhere I can't reach.
