I've started out a small workout/warmup routine everyday:
Arm Circles (Spin both directions, sides, above, and front) Lift dumbells (10 per arm, 15 behind back for triceps) 2 minutes leg lifts 2 minutes flutter kicks 2 minutes crunches 2 minutes alternating crunches 2 minutes situps (Not sure what to call it. Basically my legs are up in the air crossed while I do situps) 2 minute holding pushup? (Basically you curve your back and bend your arms and hold the position for 2 minutes) I do this everyday, though as soon as my job is over, I need to dedicate around 3 hours for a workout everyday. This will include the same routine, plus lots of running, twice a day. I'm doing this to get into shape, and to lose some weight before I head into ROTC. Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() |
